No. You can talk to your journal in the browser, on your phone or your computer, and add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. The Telegram bot is there if you like sending voice notes from a chat. Either way the recording is written down and then deleted. We keep the words, not the audio.

Yes. Everything is tied to your account and filtered by it before anything is read, photos included. There is no feed, no sharing and no public profile, and nothing in Lapriland shows one person another person’s writing. We don’t read journals. Your entries sit in an ordinary database on a server we run, so someone with direct server access could technically read them, as with any service that isn’t end-to-end encrypted, and we keep that access tight. When you ask for something, like a voice note written up or a question answered, Lapriland sends only what that request needs, over an encrypted connection, to a commercial language model through a routing service. Requests go only to providers that agree neither to store nor to train on them. Nothing is read in the background, and memories you keep away from the AI are never sent. We may change the model as better and safer ones appear. The privacy policy has the details

Monthly credits reset at the end of each month. Credits from a pack last twelve months from the day you buy them. The soonest to expire are always spent first, so the monthly ones go before the ones you paid for. Settings shows your balance and what expires when.

You are told, kindly, and that is all. Nothing is deleted, hidden or locked. Writing, photos and export carry on as normal, and only the AI waits until the month turns over, you add a pack, or you move to Pro. Voice notes you send on Telegram while you are out are held for up to a week and written up as soon as you top up.

Go to Settings, then Plan and credits, then Manage subscription. Pro stays on until the end of what you paid for. Yearly plans can be refunded in full within fourteen days, and monthly plans simply run out. A credit pack you haven’t touched can be refunded within fourteen days too. The whole policy is one page

It can, though we would rather it didn’t. The models behind the service are bought from providers, and their prices move. If a cost ever goes up, it is announced here and by email at least 30 days ahead, and the credits you already hold keep their count. When models get cheaper, costs stay where they are or come down.

You are back on the free plan with everything you wrote. Nothing is deleted, and export works on every plan, even if you stop using Lapriland altogether.

Yes, and it isn’t a trial. There is no card, no countdown and nothing deleted after fourteen days. You get 100 memories, voice notes, your photos, the whole life map and 5 credits a month. Plenty of people will never need more, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
